Viper is M&R's ultra-high performance graphics and textile dryer. State-of-the-art electronic technology enables the Viper to handle virtually any graphic, textile or industrial application. Multiple independent electronic sensors continually monitor the substrate, assessing belt speed, humidity, temperatures, and user-programmed job parameters. Viper uses this information to deliver optimal exposure to the substrate and provide the proper operational relationships between the conveyor speed and the heat and exhaust systems.

Viper's sophisticated electronic sensing system is both easy to understand and simple to operate.

Viper's
energy capture system dehumidifies incoming air, then preheats it with the exclusive Heat Capture Unit (HCU). The HCU can generate significant savings on utility costs, especially in high volume, high temperature operations.

Viper includes:
  • Energy use and cost displayed in real time
  • Graphic representation of individual heat zones
  • Independently controlled variable speed blowers push 3,000-5,000 SCFM
  • IR preheat section
  • Re-circulation of up to 80% of heated air
  • Self-diagnostics in real time
  • User-friendly interface in “plain language"
  • One-year limited warranty
  • 24-hour service hotline
