Sprint 2000 HO is for the printing professional who needs an affordable and
economical gas dryer capable of meeting extremely high production volumes.
Sprint 2000 HO provides the power and performance to keep pace in the highest
production environments. Available in LP or natural gas, Sprint 2000 HO combines
a 390,000 BTU burner with three dedicated blowers to deliver remarkable
temperature consistency and exceptional curing rates. The circulation blower
forces heated air through the vector knife air plenum and across the belt, the
power blower provides independent combustion air for the direct-fired burner,
and the exhaust blower evacuates up to 2200 scfm. The resulting flame promotes
fast, even, efficient curing. Sprint 2000 HO’s unitized forced air system
quickly brings the heat chamber up to the desired temperature, and its unique
industrial insulation layer keeps more heat in the chamber for consistent
temperatures and cost-effective operation.
The combined result of Sprint 2000 HO’s heat source, blowers, and insulated
chamber is uniform temperatures throughout the chamber. Sprint 2000’s high
visibility tower light confirms that temperatures are within user-set
parameters. Temperature readings outside those parameters will result in visible
and audible alarms, while any anomaly in the control system will result in an
audible alarm and automatic shutdown. Sprint 2000 HO’s solid-state control
center features a fuzzy logic microprocessor in a rotating control panel atop
the dryer for easy operator access. For convenience and safety, M&R includes
System-Saver™ to allow blowers and belt to continue to run in cooldown mode
after burner shutdown, then shut off automatically upon reaching the target
cooldown temperature.
Sprint 2000 HO is available in four widths, and single-burner models come in
five standard heat chamber lengths. Four-foot (1.22 m) conveyor extension
sections and two-foot (61 cm) expansion heat chamber sections are also
available. The ability to configure Sprint 2000 HO so many ways makes it tops in
flexibility and the perfect textile dryer for any size operation. Sprint 2000 HO
is also easy to operate and simple to maintain. Filters are easy to reach and
clean, and lubrication points are conveniently located. Sprint 2000 HO is
designed and built with M&R’s commitment to quality, durability, and
design excellence, and is backed by M&R’s unsurpassed service and support.
