Aluminum Laminated, AKA Action Standard - Material Thickness = 1/2" & 3/4" Weight 2.6 lbs. /ft²

Ye Old Standby. An Excellent pallet, and still the least expensive. The Aluminum Laminate is extremely rigid, providing a very durable surface over different pressures. Our Large sheets are laminated in house using a special adhesive and pressing technique, resulting in the highest level of adherence at a very high flash temperatures. We take special care to round and finish the edges of the pallet with a specialty formulated, day glow-glossed epoxy finish.

Solid Aluminum, AKA EVERLAST Pallets - Material Thickness = 0.25"(.375" w/ rubber top) Weight 3.6 lbs. /ft²

Absolutely, the most durable surface. The aluminum used is the best available on the market. It's custom manufactured for its flatness and temperature profile. With or without rubber, the surface easily withstands trauma, and can be refinished if necessary. Caste Aluminum Jig Plate.

Honey Comb Aluminum, AKA ULTRA Pallets - Material Thickness = 12mm (17mm also available) Weight 1 lbs. /ft²

The newest material addition to out inventory. There's no doubt about it, it's impressive. The material is considerably lighter and more durable than any other available. Its proven itself on several trips to the moon and now, we make pallets with it. Edges are sealed with a solid aluminum band!

Soft Top Rubber, AKA Soft Top Rubber For All Above Materials - Material Thickness = 0.125" Weight 0.8 lbs. /ft²

The 1/8" thick, heat resistant rubber provides an excellent printing surface across the board. (No-Pun) This surface offers many advantages. Slight inaccuracies in the alignment of the printing plane are absorbed by this surface while providing an improved ink shear & penetration. This material is designed to withstand a very high flashing temperature.

Special Pocket Pallets Designs

The Standard Pocket shaping as shown has been proven to be the most efficient dimensioning for shirt pockets. These dimensions can be slightly adjusted as required for the specific shirt size.
On the Super Pocket Pallet...Squeegee Ramps to the left and the right of the actual printing surface provide both a smooth stroke over the image area, eliminating the tendency of squeegee bounce over the leading edge of the pallet, and also provide increased surface rigidity.
The design shown reflects mounting requirements for the MHM SA Machine and MHM SP Machine. Slight alterations allow the design to be mounted onto any type automatic.

Sock & Hosiery Pallets

The Double Sleeve pallet for use on America/ M&M Machinery, shown here, accomplishes the printing of two sleeves of different shirts, at the same time. This assembly requires the removal of the pallet tongue from the main hub of the machine. The double sleeve pallet design bolts onto the machine using the same four bolt pattern as the tongue.
