PREDATOR AUTOMATIC BELT PRINTING SYSTEM

M&R blends engineering innovation and ease of operation in the state-of-the-art Predator automatic textile belt printing system. The versatile Predator is capable of edge-to-edge and all-over printing of both cut piece goods and finished garments. The Predator is available in four, six, eight and ten-color models. Set-up is fast as the auto-reverse mode eliminates wasteful steps during initial registration. Rather than loading a key-line screen in the first position, printing a strike-off and then relocating the screen, the Predator allows you to properly place the key-line screen at any station, run the strike off and then reverse the belt to align additional colors. Proper garment placement is assured by a laser light four-point guidance system. Items to be printed are placed upon a printing blanket treated with adhesive. As the belt indexes or double indexes under each color, the printed image is developed wet on wet. The Predator features a standard image size of 44" x 58.5" with other sizes available.
