You’re a proven success in the world of manual
printing, but you’ve decided it’s time to enter the world of
automatics. What should you look for in a press? You need a press
that’s dependable, versatile, affordable, and easy to set up and
operate. You need M&R’s Gauntlet RS.
The Gauntlet RS is made of rigid steel and aluminum and high
quality components. It’s built to perform—and built to last.
Despite a list of standard and optional features unique in its
class, the Gauntlet RS is extremely affordable. It’s also
incredibly simple to operate. The controls are clearly marked and
easy to understand. Gauntlet RS has independent print/flood speed
controls and independent print/reset buttons on each print head.
Ease of operation also comes from flip-up front screen holders for
fast setup and easy mid-run screen changes. The independent
squeegee and floodbar angle adjustments and calibrated pressure
controls provide superior print quality.
M&R has designed the Gauntlet RS to get you up-and-running
fast. We pre-register the RS at the factory so you can get into
production with minimal time and effort. The improved carousel and
factory pre-registration promote faster installation, better
registration repeatability, and greater consistency over the life
of the press. Gauntlet RS is exceedingly versatile, from
multi-stroke capability to the Revolver Print Program, from
adjustable rear stroke length to self-diagnostics. It’s even
compatible with all of M&R’s automatic flash cure units.
Options include Servo Indexing, Central Off-Contact, Front Stroke
Adjustment, and M&R’s patented Optic Shirt Detector.
(M&R’s reputation for making innovative, durable, dependable
equipment comes standard.)
There has never been an entry-level press like it, and there is
simply no better way to step up to automatic printing than with
the best automatic press in its price range: Gauntlet RS.
