Engineered for fast set-up

The Gauntlet Series II is engineered for fast set-up. It includes a “one-hand” flip-up front screen holder for easy screen loading. An exclusive multi-position pallet mounting system makes pallet changeover quick and easy while an enhanced micro-registration system and calibrated stroke length and squeegee-floodbar adjustments will have you up and printing right away.

New, more powerful design

Added strength and stability are evident throughout the new Gauntlet Series II. Improved pneumatic screen clamps and bolstered screen holders keep the screen secure during printing while powerful pallet arms keep the operation rock-steady. The end result is consistent operation and terrific print quality.

User-friendly controls

The Gauntlet Series II features a new easy-to-use operator interface with “plain language” programming. Indexing speed is set from the central control panel and the rotation direction is reversible with the flip of a switch. The operator interface also includes a complete self-diagnostic program to keep the press up and running.
