The New M&R PASSPORT Automatic Textile Delivery System amazed all those who saw it in operation. The PASSPORT supported M&R's Gauntlet II Automatic Press at speeds exceeding 80 Dozen Per Hour. Throughout the tradeshow, PASSPORT performed with 100% accuracy, quickly and carefully removing each shirt from its pallet and depositing it on the dryer.

Not only does PASSPORT reduce by half the number of people operating the automatic press, it does an even better job than the person it replaces. PASSPORT has four retracting arms to grasp the shirt (or other textile substrate) at four points, lift the shirt up from the pallet, and draw the shirt off the machine. Next, PASSPORT's arms deposit the shirt on the adjacent dryer, then return to await the next shirt.

Not only does PASSPORT have twice as many "hands" to minimize stretching and assure a smooth take-off, PASSPORT doesn't tire or lose concentration. At FESPA, as soon as a shirt finished its print run, PASSPORT was there waiting, and people were waiting in line to see it.
